Outlined below are the steps to reserve coaching sessions with FGS Coaching. Key factors that add to the complexity of scheduling: limited access to public tracks/turf fields, changing weather forecasts, and high seasonal demand for FGS Coaching services. Our #1 goal is to get your session completed ASAP!

COACH AVAILABILITY:
Wednesday – Sunday: 9A – sunset/7P Unless stadium lights are available.
Summer Schedule:
Tuesday – Saturday 9A - 6P ~6/15 - 8/31.

HOW TO REQUEST A SESSION:
Review and reply to “Coach Frank’s Weekly Availability” email sent to you each MONDAY. (Pls. read the ENTIRE Availability message—especially “Coaching Sites” section!)
*** TEXTING your reply/request is the best method to ensure higher priority/faster service. ***
We have limited access to “free”/public tracks-- so I can’t reserve sites for individual use in advance. This availability message outlines the POSSIBLE days & sites we can meet-- CURRENT week-only. (This message may be delayed if school admins. are slow to confirm track availability on Monday.)
SESSIONS: Request – Book/Confirm
Sessions are generally reserved "FIRST REQUESTED / FIRST RESERVED” and based on track availability and client demand for that day. (See below.) Your session is officially booked when you receive a “CONFIRMATION” message w/ session logistics from Coach Frank.
The sooner you request a session-- and the quicker you reply to follow-up scheduling inquiries from your coach-- the more likely you’ll get your preferred time/day/site. (We are typically 100% booked by Monday evening, if not sooner, for SA/SU slots during peak seasons.)
INCLUDE IN YOUR REQUEST:
- Preferred TIME, DAY, and SITE-- from the options listed in the Coaching Availability Message.
- Additional times, days, locations-- if your availability is flexible.
CONFIRMATION:
- Wednesday Sessions: confirmed on TUESDAY.
- Thursday - Sunday Sessions: confirmed on WEDNESDAY.
(Confirmations may be delayed due to slow school admin. communication/site availability changes.)
SITE(s):
Final coaching site(s) are based on which site(s) most clients requested for that day. (I’m not able to travel between multiple locations on high demand days.)

MISC:
The FGSC athlete roster is capped; typically with a Wait List. To ensure active FGS Coaching team members have equal/fair access to limited weekly sessions slots, and athletes have more sustainable skills development, all FGSC clients agree to the following:
- EXPIRATION: Sessions expire 90 DAYS after purchase. (60 DAYS for Intro Pak.)
- CANCELLATION: 24-HOUR advance notice is required, or session is counted.
- REFUNDS: Issued if requested during the first hour of the Intro Pak. Not issued if client is unwilling to follow scheduling guidelines, or due to their travel, schedule changes, short-term sickness/injury.
- SESSION PREP: Coach uses 5-mins. of each session to update notes.
- REVIEWS: Due to the “process” nature of run coaching, and for a fair evaluation, reviews cannot be submitted for any sessions/paks which are expired/cancelled/unused or refunded.
WEATHER:
We train in the rain-- it’s Seattle. ;) However, we do not train in HEAVY rain showers; if there is snow/ice (on the track/turf), lightning/thunder, or extreme heat/smoke/wind.
PEAK SEASONS:
High demand for FGS Coaching services, school teams restricting access to free/public facilities, and decreasing daylight hours can limit our ability to provide coaching sessions for those who want to meet weekly. We may have to meet every-other-week so all FGS Coaching athletes have fair access to services. You may be waitlisted depending on demand for the day/time you requested-- and your position in the order session requests were received.
If we can't accommodate your request this week-- Waitlisters have priority the NEXT week.
