Scheduling - Session Requests
Outlined below are the steps to reserve coaching sessions with FGS Coaching. Our #1 goal is to get your session completed ASAP!
Key factors that add to the complexity of scheduling: limited access to public tracks/turf fields, changing weather forecasts, and high seasonal demand for FGS Coaching services. (FGSC athlete roster is capped, with a Wait List, to ensure fair access for everyone to weekly sessions within these constraints.)

COACH AVAILABILITY
Wednesday – Sunday: 9A – sunset.
Summer Schedule: (mid-June – August 31)
Monday - Thursday 9A - 7P.

HOW TO REQUEST A SESSION
Review and reply to “Coach Frank’s Weekly Availability” email sent to you each MONDAY. (Pls. read the ENTIRE Availability message—especially “Coaching Sites” section.)
*** TEXTING your reply/request is the best method to ensure higher priority/faster service. ***
WEEK-OF ONLY:
We have limited access to “free”/public tracks-- so I can’t reserve sites for individual use in advance. This availability message outlines the days & sites we can meet-- CURRENT week-only. (This message may be delayed if school admins. are slow to confirm track/turf availability on Monday.)
SESSIONS: Request – Book/Confirm
Sessions are generally reserved "FIRST REQUESTED / FIRST RESERVED” and based on track availability and client demand for that day. (See below.) Your session is officially booked when you receive a “CONFIRMATION” message w/ session logistics from Coach Frank.
The sooner you request a session-- and the quicker you reply to follow-up scheduling inquiries from your coach-- the more likely you’ll get your preferred time/day/site. (We are typically 100% booked by 5P on Monday-- especially SA/SU slots during peak seasons.)
INCLUDE IN YOUR REQUEST
- Preferred TIME, DAY, and SITE-- from the options listed in the Coaching Availability Message. PLUS-- additional times, days, locations if your availability is flexible.
- If your availability changes from original request-- message your coach ASAP, to save everyone effort.
CONFIRMATION
- Wed sessions: confirmed by TUES.
- Thurs - Sun sessions: confirmed by WED.
(Available slots are typically filled by 5P on Monday. Confirmations may be delayed due to slow school admin. communication/site availability changes.)
SITE(s):
Final coaching site(s) are based on which site(s) most clients requested for that day. (I’m not able to travel between multiple locations on high demand days.)
- BELLEVUE: International School
- REDMOND: Redmond High School
- SHORELINE: Shoreline Stadium

WEATHER + PROPER CLOTHING
We train in the rain-- it’s Seattle. ;) However, we do not train in heavy rain or wind, extreme cold/heat, snow/ice, or lightning-- each may cancel a session. Also, if the athlete is not geared up appropriately for weather (access to 3-layers, hat/gloves, etc.), session is cancelled and counted.
PEAK SEASONS + WAIT LIST
You may be waitlisted based on your position in the order session requests were received-- and demand for the day/time you requested.
If we can't accommodate your request THIS week-- Waitlisters have priority the NEXT week. (Pls. submit your request by 5P on Monday, the following week.)
(NOTE: Schools restricting access to public(free) tracks/fields, increasing site rentals by clubs, decreasing daylight hours(winter), and high demand for FGS Coaching services can limit our ability to provide coaching sessions for those who submit late(r) requests.)
MISC.
- CANCELLATION: 24-HOUR advance notice is required, or session is counted.
- EXPIRATION: Sessions expire 90 DAYS after purchase. (60 DAYS for Intro Pak.). Client travel, schedule changes, sickness, injury(unverified) do not extend expiration.
- REFUNDS: Are not available. Your fee is for 60 (or 90) day ACCESS to FGS Coaching services/sessions within the above guidelines. (FGSC is not responsible if client chooses not to follow scheduling/member guidelines, training instructions, or read messages.)
- SESSION PREP: Coach uses 5-mins. of each session to update notes
