Saturday Morning Group Runs
Saturday morning group runs are open to everyone, regardless of pace or experience. These group runs are designed for runners of all paces, from those just getting started to those logging serious miles. No one gets left behind, and no one has to prove anything. You show up, you run, you belong.
Routes include a short, middle, and longer distance, allowing runners to choose what works best for them.
The focus is community and friendship, built mile by mile and conversation by conversation. Runs are supported with water or Gatorade, because taking care of each other matters. Bring a friend, introduce them to the group, and be part of what has kept the Capital Striders going strong for decades.
