Refund Policy
We anticipate being able to host this event in January 2022. However, if this event cannot be held in person due to COVID-19, we will move to a virtual format and provide refunds for registrations. In the event that your personal ability to attend changes due to COVID-19, please contact us for a refund. Do not attend the event if you are, or recently have been sick or exposed to COVID-19.
For the safety of all, we request that all attendees be vaccinated prior to the Symposium.
