We have made the difficult decision to cancel the upcoming 2022 Winter Symposium. We look forward to the opportunity to connect with customers and partners in person, and after two virtual years we were optimistic that we would be able to meet in person again this year. However, with the rapid rise in cases due to the Omicron virus we do not believe it would be safe or responsible for us to gather a large group indoors in January.
We will be providing full refunds to each registrant over the next few days. If you have booked a hotel room, please contact the Marriott Orlando Airport Lakeside directly at (800) 380-6751 to cancel your reservation. You should be able to cancel without penalty as long as it is more than 24-hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
