FIND MY RACE
Problem:
"I know I registered for a race, but now I can't find it to get an update."
There are two ways to find your race:
- Find the race via your profile
- If you cannot find the race via your profile, use the race search
Solution 1: Find Your Race Via Your Profile
1. Click on the Sign In link at the top right of the RunSignup website.
2. Enter your Login Email and Password, and then click Sign In.
3. Now that you are logged in, you can go to your Profile by clicking the Profile Link at the top of the RunSignup page.
4. Scroll down on your profile to find "Upcoming Races" and "Past Races". You can switch between the two via the tabs at the top of the section.
5. You can click on the race name to view the race website and any updated information, or use the links on the right like "Manage Registration" or "Contact Race".
Solution 2: Finding a Race via Search
1. If you cannot find a race in your profile or have not registered for it yet, you can find it via the "Find a race" bar at the top of RunSignup's webiste.
2. You can use this to search by state, city, event type, or a number of other criteria.
3. If you just wanted information, you can click on the race name for an update. If you thought you were registered and cannot find the race in your profile, first look for a "Find a Participant" link and look for your name.
- If you can find your name but the race is not in your profile, review the steps for "Find My Registration."
- If you cannot find your name in the "Find a Participant", you can contact the race director via the "Contact Race" section either on the "Race Info Page" or in the footer of the website.
