UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS
Problem:
My race is going virtual, and they are shipping out our swag. They asked me to update my shipping address - how do I do that?
Updating your Shipping Address
Note: not all races use or enable the updating of a shipping address. If you do not see the options below, contact the race to see if they need any information from you.
1. First login to your account via the profile icon at the top of the RunSignup site.
2. Navigate to your profile via the menu under the profile icon.
3. Scroll down to "Upcoming Races" and click on "Manage Registration".
4. Click on the "Shipping" Menu item either at the top of the page or on the left-hand side, and update your shipping address.
