Early Packet Pickup (Friday, May 10, 2024):
- 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm @ Fleet Feet Greensboro
Race Day (Saturday, May 11, 2024):
- 7:25am: Warmup for 10 Milers led by Core X Pilates
- 7:45am: 10 Mile start
- 7:45am: Warmup for youth 1 Mile led by Core X Pilates
- 8:00am: 1 Mile youth run start
- 8:15am: Warmup for 5K led by Core X Pilates
- 8:30am: 5K start
- 9:15am: Survivors, Healers and Heroes One Mile Walk start
- 9:45am: Awards
Race Day Location:
Race/walk will begin and end at LeBauer Park in downtown Greensboro, NC
