The Elm Street Athletic Festival isn’t just about crossing the finish line—it’s about making a difference. This year, we’re partnering with the Brain Tumor Network and Aware Coaching to support their impactful missions. You can help by joining our fundraising initiative as an individual or a team!
Individual Fundraisers
Take your race experience to the next level by becoming an individual fundraiser. Not only will you help support our charity partners, but you’ll also unlock exciting rewards:
$100 Raised: Receive a special bib recognizing you as a fundraiser.
$250 Raised: Get a surprise gift (hint: it might benefit our charity partners!), plus your special bib.
$500 Raised: Your entry fee will be waived or refunded, plus all previous rewards.
*Top 3 Fundraisers: Be recognized during the awards ceremony for your extraordinary efforts.
Team Fundraisers
Gather your friends, family, or coworkers to form a fundraising team and compete for these exclusive rewards:
Top Fundraising Team:
A reserved tent in the Post-Race Village for your team to celebrate in style. Recognition during the post-race announcements and awards.
A complimentary post-race meal for all team members.
Second Place Team:
A reserved tent in the Post-Race Village.

*Deadline for Fundraising Rewards to qualify for fundraising rewards, all contributions must be submitted by one week before race day.
How to Start Fundraising:
Register for the Race: Sign up for the 10-mile, 5K, kids mile, or Survivors Walk.
Set Up Your Fundraising Page: Create a personal or team page to start collecting donations.
Share Your Mission: Spread the word to friends, family, and colleagues. Every dollar counts!
