Take on the 5K Beach Ruck along the Galveston shoreline. March at your own pace or push the pace and race for place! Standard ruck guidelines apply: 20 lb ruck for participants under 150 lbs bodyweight and 30 lb ruck for participants over 150 lbs (not including food or water).
