The 50K Relay follows the same spectacular point-to-point beachfront course as the ultra, but gives teams the chance to experience the adventure together. Teams of 2–5 runners will tackle the island in relay format, exchanging runners approximately every 10K along the Galveston shoreline.
Teams should plan on having a team vehicle to leap-frog down the course to each exchange point.
Each leg delivers miles of open beach, ocean views, and steady Gulf breezes as your team works its way down the coast toward the finish line festival.
Whether you're racing another team or simply sharing an unforgettable day on the Texas coast with friends, the 50K Relay is all about teamwork, adventure, and island miles.
