Friday, October 16th:

Packet Pickup at Galveston Island Running Co.

Noon - 6 PM

Packets may be picked up for other runners or entire relay teams - please have their QR codes.

Race Day packet pickup is at East Beach.



Saturday, October 17th:

5 AM: East Beach Parking and Race Day Check-in / Packet Pickup Open (priority line for Ultra & Relay till 6 AM)

6 AM: 50K Ultra & Relay Buses Depart from East Beach to Start (remaining 50k & Relay bibs will be transported to the start)

7:20 AM: 50K Ultra & Relay Start (San Luis Pass Beach) [Sunrise]

8:15 AM: Half Marathon (East Beach)

8:30 AM: 10K Start (East Beach)

9:00 AM: 5k Start (East Beach)

10:00 AM: 1mi Walk & Free Kids Run Start (East Beach)

*late starters please come and see the timer at the start/finish line before starting and we will accomodate you

6:00 PM: Finish Line Closes (10h40m 50k cutoff)

 

50K Ultra & Relay Course Cutoff Times:

10KM Aid/Exchange: 9:20 AM (2h)

20KM Aid/Exchange: 11:30 AM (4h10m)

30KM Aid/Exchange: 1:40 PM (6h20m)

40KM Exchange: 3:50 PM (8h30m)

41KM Aid Statioin (Pleasure Pier): 4:00 PM (8h40m)

50KM Finish: 6:00 PM (10h40m)

Cutoff Policy: Out of respect for our volunteers, staff, venue, and permits, the above points will close down at the listed times. Transport will be arranged for participants missing a cutoff, or expected to miss a cutoff. Continuing past a cutoff is under your own sole descretion and you will be considered no longer part of the event, no further support will be provided.
