"Spectator dogs" are not allowed on the course (in the race) but are allowed outside of our main event areas (aid stations, start/finish, packet pickup). Please stick to public areas that are not busy with our event.

The ones you are the most comfortable and have been training in. The beach along the shoreline is typically firm packed, a road shoe would work fine, but there will be a few short sections of softer sand (start of the 50k, the main start/finish chute, and a couple crossing areas on course).
We highly recomend Altra Running, the Wild trail shoe would be a great choice.
