Packet Pickup
and In-Person Registration
Wednesday, November 27th during TWO time windows:
7:30 am to 1:00 pm OR
4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
HRDC's Market Place (206 E Griffin Drive)
All participants are highly encouraged to stop by on Wednesday to pick up their race packet, bib, and 2024 HFS shirt. We also allow registration in person at our kiosk. This year we are excited to welcome you to Packet Pickup at HRDC's new home, Market Place! This means Packet Pickup will not be at the fairgrounds this year.
Upon arrival, please choose any line to pick up your materials. We will also feature our Solutions Table should you have any questions or concerns. BYOB (bring your own bag) if you are picking up multiple shirts and bibs to help us reduce our waste!
If you are unable to make it on Wednesday, registration and packet pickup are available on Thanksgiving morning at the Museum of the Rockies from 7:00 am to 9:00 am. Expect a crowd and arrive early.
Volunteer Orientation
We will also hold Volunteer Orientation at Packet Pickup from 9:00-10:30 am. Note that this is a window of time to stop in—orientation will not be this long. This is your opportunity to check in with your race directors, pick up your HFS shirt if you reserved one when signing up, and reduce any uncertainty you may have about your volunteer role.
Attending orientation is highly encouraged for race course volunteers, especially Race Course Flaggers, Route Volunteers, Traffic Control, and Bicycle Volunteers. If this time does not work for you, call or text Rachel at 406.602.8896 to coordinate another time to check in.
Parking
There is onsite parking available at HRDC's Market Place, but please note that parking may be limited, particularly around the open hours of HRDC's Gallatin Valley Food Bank and Fork & Spoon (our pay-what-you-can restaurant). Street parking is available along Manley Road and Industrial Road. Please do not park in the lots of surrounding businesses. If possible, we highly encourage carpooling with friends and family who will also be participating. We also welcome you to pick up packets for your friends and family.
