Course Description
All races will start in Gateway Park in the Fort Woof parking lot, next to the baseball 4-plex. Head East on Disposal Rd, then right turn onto the sidewalk towards the Trail map, Get onto the paved trails at the FWMBA trailhead, and follow the signs. You'll go around the Gateway Circle and in back of the soccer fields, then out of the park and onto the Trinity Trails.
The 5K and 10K will turn around at the FWMBA trailhead parking lot (after the Randoll Mill / First Street Pedestrian Bridge) and retrace your steps to the Ft Woof parking lot. The Half Marathon will keep going to turn-around just before the road crossing at Randol Mill/Oakland Ave. The 5K will do 1 loop, the 10K will do 2 loops and the Half will do 3 loops.
Each lap, the 5K & 10K will pass 2 water-only tables, plus you can grab sports drinks at the start/finish. The Half Marathon has another aid table at the commuter lot with water, electrolytes and snacks.
The surface is mostly concrete and asphalt.
