Course Description
Start in Gateway Park in the Fort Woof parking lot, next to the baseball 4-plex. Head East on Disposal Rd, then right turn onto the sidewalk towards the Trail map, Get onto the paved trails at the FMBA trailhead, and follow the signs. You'll go around the Gateway Circle and in back of the soccer fields, then out of the park and onto the Trinity Trails.
Turn around between the Randoll Mill / First Street Pedestrian Bridge and the FWMBA trailhead parking lot and retrace your steps to the Ft Woof parking lot.
The 5K will do 1 loop and the 10 will do 2 loops.
The surface is mostly concrete and asphalt.
