Jeff Galloway Training Program (training runs/walks leading up to the race) Choose from Saturday mornings at 8 AM (Phidippides Ansley), Wednesday evenings at 6:15 PM (Phidippides Sandy Springs) or Thursday evenings at 6:30 PM (Phidippides Ansley). All levels welcome, including beginning runners and walkers. Join us! Participants in these training sessions will receive 15% off at Phidippides (excluding some items) before/after the Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday sessions. Attend at least six of the eight sessions and receive a Let’s Move, Atlanta Training shirt!
Wednesday– Phidippides Sandy Springs – 6:15 pm
Thursday– Phidippides Ansley – 6:30 pm
Saturday– Phidippides Ansley – 8:00 am
