We focus on fun, healthy lifestyles by trying to balance serious training with a social atmosphere. Many of our members enjoy various other activities such as biking, skiing, rowing, and rock climbing. We also like to “recover” with a drink or two at local bars.. We have routes throughout Manayunk, Kelly Drive, East Falls, Roxborough, the Wissahickon trails, and the Canal Path. We also have track workouts at Roxborough High School. During the Spring/Summer, we try to hit the Wissahickon trails as often as possible.Typically, runs are 4-7 miles with turn offs offered for less or more mileage. All ages and paces are welcome.
