Friday

• 10:00am - Gates open for 100 mile participants only
• 10:15am to 11:30am - 100 mile only packet pickup at the Southern Tour Race Site
• 12:00pm - 100 mile start 
• 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Packet Pickup at Fleet Feet Sports Wilmington.
• 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm: Camping Check-In at Southern Tour Race Site (camping pass and required to enter).
• 7:00 pm: All RVs and campers must be inside the premises.

Saturday

• 5:00 am: Gates open at Scott's Hill Loop Road.
• 5:30 am: Shuttle service starts from Poplar Grove Plantation.
• 6:15 am: 50-Mile meeting (mandatory).
• 6:30 am: 50-Mile race begins.
• 7:15 am: 50K meeting (mandatory).
• 7:30 am: 50K race begins.
• 8:15 am: Relay meeting (mandatory).
• 8:30 am: 50-Mile Relay first leg begins (all first runners must check in by 8:00 am).
• 4:30 pm: Course sweep begins.
  • 50K and 50-Mile runners must be on their final lap by this time to finish.
• 5:00 pm: All relay teams must be on their last lap.
• 8:00pm - All athletes must be finished and off the course
• 10:00 pm: Quiet time for campers—music and noise must be off.

Sunday

• 9:00 am: Site clear-out
  • Reminder: Please clean up all trash before departing.
