If you have signed up for the TMC Meet Me Downtown 5k or Festival of Miles, you are invited to join us for a free weekly training session. Workouts will be designed to help you have an enjoyable and speedy race experience at the May 30 TMC 5k Night Run.

The free training group is only for those who have signed up for the TMC Meet Me Downtown events.
What: Workouts will be 3-7 miles in duration and include intervals, fartlek, and tempo workouts, plus warmup and cooldown.
Experience level: It is best if you are able to run at least 15 miles a week.
When: Tuesday nights, dressed and ready to run at 6:00 pm
Where: St. Phillip's Plaza, River and Campbell Avenue. Workouts will be on The Loop, utilizing both paved and soft-surfaces.
Coach: RRCA-Certified Coach and past race winner Tia Accetta (in middle below, not looking at camera) will provide structured workouts and general advice.
