In April 2021, if all is right with the world, we will host our wonderful event in Brenham as usual AND give you the option to run virtually. If it's an option to run the beautiful course here in Brenham, you can! If it's not, you can still run the race virtually - ANYWHERE in the world - the week of April 4th through April 10th. Or if you want to run virtually no matter what, you can do that too!
It’s fun for kids and adults, novice and expert alike with individual events in both the 5K and 10K as well as a Kids’ 1-Mile Run for those 12 and under athletes. And for those that desire an even greater challenge, sign up for the Half Marathon
Every runner gets a coupon for a FREE pint of Blue Bell Ice Cream, a participant t-shirt, and a collectible participant medal. Half marathon participants will receive an additional 13.1 t-shirt.
Started in 1978, this race benefits the Brenham High School Athletic program through an organization called Run for the Youth of Washington County. Brenham High School athletes serve as volunteers for the race to benefit numerous winning athletic programs, including baseball, track, cross country, golf, volleyball, football, basketball, softball, tennis, swimming and soccer.
Family/Group Discount: Families with 4 or more members will receive $5 off for each participant. Participants must be registered in one transaction to receive the discount.

The health and safety of all Blue Bell Fun Run participants and our community is paramount. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we have made a number of changes this year to keep our participants, volunteers and staff comfortable and safe on race day. We are following guidelines and best practices provided by the CDC, State of Texas, Brenham County, and the City of Brenham for outdoor run/walk events and will fully communicate any new protocols or restrictions with participants as they arise. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and support.

Water stops will still be available on the course with 8oz bottled water only. Trash cans are available following the water stops for disposal.
All volunteers, staff and sponsor representatives will be required to wear a face covering or mask.
ALL AWARDS WILL BE MAILED. NO AWARDS WILL BE DISTRIBUED ON-SITE.
