5 - 8 pm Packet Pickup/Registration - All Events at Best Western Inn of the Ozarks (Convention Center), 207 W Van Buren, Eureka Springs, AR 72632
Friday
10 am - 1:00 pm Packet Pickup at Holiday Island Recreation Center, 13 Buckskin Lane
11:30 am - Transition Opens - must have packet/bib numbers
1:10 pm - Mandatory Pre-race meeting at Transition with USAT Official
1:15 pm - Prayer and National Anthem
1:25 pm - Final Return to Transition Area
1:30 pm - Transition Area Closes to all competitors
1:30 pm - Males 39 and under
1:35 pm - Males 40 and over
1:40 pm - Females 39 and under
1:41 pm - Females 40 and over
3:00 pm - Awards
Saturday
5:30 - 7 am Packet pickup - bike events ONLY
6:50 am - Prayer
6:55 am - National Anthem
7:00 am - 102 mile ride start
7:15 am - 62 mile ride start
7:30 am - 32 mile ride start
7:35 am - 20 mile ride start
4:30 pm - Race Support Ends
Sunday
6 - 7:15 am - Packet Pickup, Eureka Springs Auditorium - NO Race Day Registration
7:30 am - 5K Run
7:45 am - 10K Run
10:00 am - Video & Picture Recap of the weekend...YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS THIS!
10:15 am - Door prizes for all event participants who attend the ceremony
10:20 am - Half Eurekan Recognition
10:30 am - "The Full Eurekan" Recognition.
