Post Race Food Area - Mike Harrison, Post-Race Food Area Coordinator or the Volunteer Coordinator will coordinate duties in this area.

Assignments may include:
** Assist staff in serving/monitoring the different food areas for the athletes.
** Handing out bottled water to the participants.
** Beer Tent Area - must be 21 years to be assigned to this area. Checking ID, serving beer and monitoring entrance/exit.
** Provide athletes with their finishing time/race results.
** Pick up trash as needed.

Cook burgers and veggie burgers for the runners.

Aid Station #1 - Fountain Street at Hot Springs Mountain Drive Entrance

This group is managed by Hot Springs National Park Service volunteers. Lissa Allen is the Aid Station Captain.

Hand out Water and Gatorade to half marathon athletes. You will receive further instructions regarding your volunteer duties and final shift arrival times prior to the event from your aid station group captain or the Volunteer Coordinator.

Aid Station #2 - Hot Springs Mountain/ North Mountain Summit

This group is assigned to National Park Medical Center. Kristen Herron is the Aid Station Captain.

Aid Station #3 - Whittington split (5k) and #4 (half marathon and 10K)

The half/10k table will be managed by Friends of the Parks, with Ned Skoog as the Captain.

The 5k table will be managed by the employees LifeNet.

Hand out water and Gatorade to the runners. You will receive further instructions regarding your volunteer duties and final shift arrival times prior to the event from your aid station group captain or the Volunteer Coordinator.

At the Whittington Avenue split.

Aid Station #4 West Mountain Triangle

This aid station is managed by Leah Newton and Spa City Cross Fit.

Help runners locate their start corral

Monitor entrance/exit point of finish area. Move foot traffic along, as needed

*Volunteer will work at one of the assigned locations, directing athletes to turn or stay along the course. Hot Springs Police Department will direct traffic at busy intersections. The main goal is to ensure the race participants continue along the course towards the finish line.
