For the Wolverine State 100, there will be two types of aid stations designed to support runners throughout the course. "Water" stations, unmanned and more frequent, will provide essentials like water, Tailwind, and Huma gels to help runners stay hydrated and fueled. The "aid" stations will be manned and offer a broader selection, including water, Tailwind, Huma gels, salty snacks, sweet options, and more substantial food as the race progresses, ensuring runners get the nourishment and energy they need. These stations will be well-stocked with plenty of supplies to ensure that athletes without crew support can race comfortably. For the 100-mile race, there will be 7 drop bag locations, and for the 100-kilometer race, there will be 4.
