Attendance at one of these two meetings is required of all participants:

Race Weekend
Friday, October 10th, 2025
2:00–7:00 pm EST: Pre-race packet pickup at host hotel, Holiday Inn Express Alpena. 225 River Street, Alpena, MI 49707. Opportunity to ask the race directors any last minute questions.
Saturday, October 11th, 2025
2:30 am - Check in at finish line for 100 Mile shuttle
2:50 am - Shuttle departs for 100 Mile start line
4:30-5:15 am: Gear check and packet pick up at 100 Mile start line
5:30 am: 100 Mile race start
7:40 am - Check in at finish line for 100K shuttle
8:00 am - Shuttle departs for 100K start line
8:30-9:30 am: Gear check and packet pick up at 100K start line
10:00 am: 100K race start
Sunday, October 12th, 2025
4:00 am: 50K early start
4:30-5:15 am: Packet pick up at for 50k at start line
5:30 am: 50K start
2:30 pm: Finish line closes
