Upstate Race Series offers several services to race directors and event organizations in our area. Various services include timing, event registration, marketing, meet/race management, apparel, and awards. We also provide FREE advertising through our weekly newsletter to our 1500 club members and a FREE listing on our website www.UpstateRaceSeries.com, which received 30,000 monthly views.

Per-Runner Fee applies to all participants (Kids Runs, Fun Runs, etc.)

Race Materials such as shirts, signage, awards, and permits must be provided by the event organizer — we’re happy to recommend trusted vendors.

Our team brings over 50 years of combined experience in timing, logistics, and race directing. We’re here to guide you, though responsibilities are limited to the services listed above.

- Road Racing (5k - Half Marathon)
- $450 Setup + $2.25 per registered runner
- Includes 3 hours of onsite time
