Various services include timing, event registration, marketing, meet/race management, apparel, and awards. We also provide FREE advertising through our weekly newsletter to our 2500 club members and a FREE listing on our website www.UpstateRaceSeries.com, which received 30,000 monthly views.

Race Timing, Registration, & Event Support Services

Whether you're planning your first 5K or organizing a large-scale ultra or XC meet, Upstate Race Series offers full-service race solutions across the Southeast to help your event run smoothly from start to finish.

What to Expect

When you contact our service team, we’re ready to answer any questions you have about hosting your event. Whether it’s your first annual race or your 50th, our crew brings over 100 years of combined experience working behind the scenes, behind the finish line, and alongside race organizations just like yours.

In our initial consultation, we focus on two main objectives:

  • Guidance – Helping you clarify your vision, answer your questions, and point you toward a successful race day.

  • Education – After servicing 150+ races in 2025 alone, we know where the obvious pain points tend to appear. Our goal is to help you avoid those pitfalls and create a smooth, “downhill finish” experience for your runners and staff.

  • $500 Base Setup + $1 per participant
