Affiliate Races (TCTC paid for timing and/or other race services of at least $500):

• Free listing on the online TCTC race calendar 
• Free listing in monthly race calendar emails
• One dedicated email blast - race must provide content and any images they want to include. (goes to over 3,000 previous race participants)
• TCTC will share a social media post when @twincitytc is tagged (all posts are approved by a TCTC moderator)

Non-affiliated Races:

• Race calendar listing - 

              Up to one month for $75,
              Two months for $130,
              Three or more months for $55/month

• Email Blasts - $100 each for a maximum of 2 emails at least 2 weeks in between; race must provide content and any images they want to include (goes to over 4,000 previous race participants)

Listing of Race Discounts for TCTC Members

• Races offering a discount to TCTC members are communicated to club members via our website and mentions in member emails.

Note:  Promotional posts on TCTC Social Media feeds  is allowed for Affiliated Races only.  TCTC reserves the right to turn down requests for calendar listings and email blasts for races that conflict with affiliated races.
