Set Up Fee for Finish Line Services
Base Setup Fee (1 timed event) = $750
Base Setup Fee (2 timed events; e.g. 5K/10K) = $1000
Participant Fees for Chip Timed Races
(Chip Timing Required for races with more than 75 runners)
Per Participant paid on RunSignUp.com = $2.50
Per Participant paid offline or other registration sites = $3.00
Per Participant for late registrations (within 24 hours of the race start) through RunSignUp.com = $3.50
Per Participant for late registrations (within 24 hours of the race start) offline = $4.00
Additional Fees
Remote chip start and/or split timing = $250 per location
Course marking = $150 per race
Races outside Forsyth County, NC - fee to be determined

Chip Timing Info
TCTC applies RFID tags to race bibs as the timing device for chip-timed races. In order to receive an accurate time, please advise your race participants to wear the race bib as follows:
- Clearly visible on the front of the torso
- Unaltered and unmodified (Do not fold or wrinkle)
- Pinned in all four corners
- Not covered (jackets, fuel belts, etc.)
