All entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once your entry fee is received and accepted by Premier Event Management, your entry into the event will not be refunded if you cannot participate. Race insurance is available to purchase through a third party as part of your registration. You can transfer your entry to another person, or transfer that entry to another Premier Event Management event. These actions must be done through our registration process and there may be fees and deadline dates.

Also, we do not issue refunds if the event is cancelled due to circumstances out of our control such as: Severe Weather Conditions, Acts of Terrorism, Public Health Emergencies, or Act's of God, etc.

The ONLY exception made is for active military personnel who submit deployment papers to us showing they will not be able to attend the event. Please do not contact us with any other "special circumstances. By clicking on the agreement checkbox, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
