On Pace started in mid-2017 with a goal to help execute the Pace Team for founder Carrie Miller's hometown race in Green Bay, Wisconsin. That one race, performed at a level that was a substantial improvement over anything the event community had seen before, paved the way for the growth On Pace has experienced. Our amazing community of dedicated endurance athletes, hailing from coast-to-coast, can be found at a growing number of events throughout 16 states in the US.
