Arkansas Blue Cross offers ArkansasBlue welcome centers across the state where you can visit with our health insurance experts via phone, video or in-person to receive friendly customer service, shop for plans and pay your bill. Our welcome centers are located in Fayetteville, Fort Smith, Hot Springs, Little Rock, Jonesboro, Pine Bluff, Rogers and Texarkana. In November 2021, Arkansas Blue Cross opened a Northwest Arkansas Corporate Center in Springdale.
