Albuquerque Running Fiesta reserves the right, at its sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by law, to refuse, deny, cancel, suspend, revoke, or terminate any registration, participation, vendor application, volunteer position, sponsorship, accreditation, or other service at any time, with or without notice, for violations of Terms and Conditions, event rules or policies, unsafe or disruptive conduct, fraudulent or deceptive activity, abuse of event staff, volunteers, participants, or partners, or any behavior that may compromise the safety, integrity, reputation, or operation of the event.
