Volunteers
Interested in joining Elm Street Run Festival as a volunteer? Email our volunteer coordinator Lauren at Lauren.Somers@conehealth.com. Volunteers play a crucial role on race day: supporting survivors and their families, passing out water at aid stations, cheering on runners at the start/finish line, etc. Elm Street Run Festival wouldn’t be possible without you!
Volunteers are needed between 7am-10:30am (not all roles are this entire timeframe). Roles needing to be filled include:
- Course marshal (direct riders along the course & monitor course safety)
- Water aid station support (filling cups and passing out water on the course)
- Encouraging/cheering on runners & survivors (cheer on racers at start/finish lines)
- Registration area support
- Assist survivors at drop off as they arrive.
