Volunteers Info - Things to Remember

 
L.A. Chinatown Firecracker Run Committee, Inc. (LACFRC) wants you to have an awesome time!
We appreciate you and the time you spend serving. 

T-Shirts: All registered volunteers will be provided a Volunteer Firecracker T-shirt (while supplies last) upon Check In at the Volunteer Booth. 

Breakfast will not be provided on Saturday and Sunday. Please plan to eat breakfast before coming to your Volunteer shifts.

Lunch for Saturday Volunteer Shifts Only: Volunteers will receive their lunch ticket upon Check In/Registration at the Volunteer Booth. Team Leads will dismiss volunteers for a 30 minute lunch break at the designated time, according to your volunteer shift.

Lunch will not be provided for Sunday Volunteer Shifts: We encourage you to stay to explore the Chinatown Restaurants to enjoy the authentic cuisine at the end of your volunteer shift. 

Note:  Bike Race Volunteers, please follow the directions listed on the event website. 

Dress Code: It is an outdoor volunteering event. Please wear comfortable and closed-toed shoes. SANDALS or FLIP-FLOPS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. You may want to bring a hat, water bottle, and wear sunscreen.

Community Service Hours: LACFRC can provide community service hours. If your school requires a specific Service Hour Form to be completed, please bring the form with you. These forms will be signed at the end of your shift by the Station Team Lead or with the Coordinators at the Volunteer Registration Booth.
