Details

Pick up and deliver large insulated coffee jugs from coffee shop. You can still run the race if you volunteer for this job. Just drop it off at registration table when you check in. If you can return it after the race, great. If not, the race directors can take back the empty jug.

Ability to lift and carry 5-gallon coffee jug (40+ pounds). The jug is tall is best transported strapped into a seat belt so that it does not fall over.

Details

Fit as many cars as possible in the gravel lot and keep things orderly.

- Wear the provided safety vest.
- Direct cars into straight, tight rows — minimize gaps.
- Fill the lot intentionally (avoid random spacing).
- Keep a clear lane for cars to exit.

When the lot is full:

- Direct overflow to parallel parking along Chief Black Otter Trail Road.
- Ensure cars are fully off the roadway and not blocking traffic.

Be friendly, clear, and confident — people will follow your lead.
