Runner Protection Program Announcement
1. All runners who register BEFORE December 1, 2023 can receive a 100% refund* on their race registration if they decide to cancel before February 14, 2024. *
2. All runners who register BETWEEN December 1, 2023 and January 2, 2024 can receive a 50% refund* on their race registration if they decide to cancel before our February 14, 2024 deadline. *
3. All runners who register BETWEEN January 3, 2024 and February 13, 2024 can receive a 30% refund* on their race registration if they decide to cancel before our February 14, 2024 deadline. *
4. No Questions Asked.
We want our participants to register at the lowest prices available AND have the peace of mind that they can back out while getting a full/fair refund. It also allows us to plan and purchase accordingly as we approach race weekend.
5. There will be no refunds allowed after 2/14/24!
Deferrals and event transfers will still be allowed until 4/18/24.
You will always have the option to switch to the Virtual 10 Mile at no extra cost!
