Advance Packet Pick Up & Registration: Packet Pick Up and In-Person Registration will be held at Fleet Feet Sports, 5800 Bridge Street, East Syracuse, NY 13057.
Friday, May 5th: 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.; Saturday, May 6th: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Race Day Packet Pick Up & Registration, 7 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.: Packet Pick Up and In-Person Registration will be held at Syracuse City Hall Commons, 201 East Washington Street. City Hall Commons is on the East edge of Hanover Square, near City Hall (2 blocks from the finish line).

8:50 a.m.: Kid's Half Mile Fun Run, 9:15 a.m.: 10 Mile Mountain Goat Run, 11:00 a.m.: Post Race Party
There will be awards for the top 3 males and females in the following age groups:
18 and under, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 64-69, 70 and up.
Prize money winners are not eligible for Age Group awards. Only one prize money award per person.
The Dunn Tire Mountain Goat Run reserves the right to test cash prize winners for performance-enhancing substances.
Begins at 11:45 a.m. in Clinton Square. For alcohol consumption, please bring picture license identification for age validation.

Dunn Tire Mountain Goat Training Runs begin Saturday, April 8 at 8 a.m. at the MOST in Armory Square. April 15th, 22nd and 29th will be the other dates.
All participants entering any of the Mountain Goat Races should adequately train to participate in these strenuous athletic activities.
Several fully equipped Rural Metro vehicles will be accessible to the Mountain Goat courses to assist runners or walkers in need. In addition, volunteers and/or police officers at all water stops will be able to call for medical assistance for anyone in need. Runners and walkers need to also look out for each other and to direct those in need to medical assistance.
A clearly marked Medical Tent will be located near the finish line at Clinton Square. Please seek medical attention if you are injured or feeling sick.
Proper hydration is a must if you are planning on participating in the Mountain Goat. Those participating should be sure to consume both water and energy drinks at least 48 hours prior to competing in the year event. There will be at least five water and energy drink stations on the 10 Mile Mountain Goat course. Please be sure to utilize these water stops.
After the race there will be plenty of water and Recovery Drink for you to rehydrate after the race.
All participants in the 10 Mile Mountain Goat Run should be able to finish the course in 2 hours and 10 minutes (13 minutes per mile).
All participants must be registered. No baby strollers, pets or music devices with headphones will be allowed.
