Volunteers assist in runner registration and packet distribution at Fleet Feet.
1-single shift per volunteer is allowed (due to popular demand)

9:00am - Noon
Noon - 4:00pm

Volunteers distribute packets and bibs to participants at Saltine Warrior

Location

New site this Year is the Saltine Warrior Pub and it's just west of Clinton Square. It's location is 214 W. Water Street.

FINISH LINE CHUTE MOVERS

FINISH LINE CHUTE MOVERS: Race Day May 6, 9:00am-12:30pm
Volunteers assemble at the finish line to help guide runners across the finish line and through the finish line area.

START/FINISH LINE SET-UP

Volunteers will phone or otherwise personally notify Neighborhood churches, businesses, schools, etc., regarding race day race course logistics.

"RUNNERS" Race Day May 7, 9:00am -12:30pm
Volunteers will be available to transport items/information within the start/finish line area on an as-needed basis.

FINISH LINE BREAKDOWN

Details

Report to Paul Ashbarry and Wayne Mason at Finish Line Area at 11:30 and wait for their instructions. We will start breaking down precisely 2 hr 30 mins after the race starts.
Will require some lifting, taking down barriers, etc.
Clipping of the zip ties and folding up banners is a large part of the task. Bringing your own snips
would be a plus, but not required.
Patrol the finish line chute and help clean up debris after everything is finished!
11:30 a.m. til 1:00 p.m.

Drive a vehicle on race day and look for and provide a ride for runners who may not be able to finish.
