I am really excited to be part of such great initiative. I am a mom of 2 active girls and being fit is extremely important to me. It not only sets a good example to my girls but also motivates everyone in the family to stay healthy and maintain an active life style. Living a healthy life for me is taking care of my body and mind. I do yoga and high intensity interval training with the combination of cardio. I especially love my Zumba classes. I love making new healthy recipes to keep my diet balanced.
