Exhibitor spaces are available for organizations that aren't able to sponsor the races, but want to have a presence on race day.  Exhibiting at the Cook Medical Beat the Heat 5K is a good way for your organization to support the community while growing exposure and goodwill for your business or organization. Key information:

Reserved 10’ x 10’ space to set up booth and/or exhibit
Located in the post race area near refreshments and awards
Exhibitor must provide own set-up; tents and tables are acceptable
Set-up available beginning at 4:30pm and no later than 5:30pm on the day of the event

Fee may be waived for qualifying not-for-profit organizations that support community health and fitness.
