"Good morning! A group of friends and I just participated in the last Hula Loop.
We were interested in Perpetual Motion. But we noticed the price was quite a lot more. Is this correct?"
We recently received this question from a runner. They had done a Hula Loop 6-Hour and were looking at Perpetual Motion. But they were surprised that the 6-Hour at Perpetual Motion cost almost double. Here's our response:
"Yes, that's correct. Hula Loop is a no frills race.
In contrast, Perpetual Motion runners get professionally-made medals & awards, long-sleeve shirt & a second swag item, swag bag with samples from our sponsors, professional timing, a certified-distance course, full Aid Station with hot food, and the gorgeous view.
Plus the 24-Hour is a qualifier for the National team, so it's just a very different vibe."
