Welcome to the i play! at home Track Unit!

In this series of videos, Coach Kendra Chambers will teach you the basic skills of track including standing and racing start, running posture and building endurance. Kendra was a four-time Big 12 Champion at The University of Texas, a 12-time All-American, and a USA Track & Field athlete.

After you finish this video, visit the results tab to submit your virtual progress! Remember, each video you complete gets you one step closer to a piece of your official i play! at home uniform.
