Welcome to the i play! at home Volleyball Unit!
In this series of videos, five-time Olympian Danielle Scott will teach you the fundamentals of volleyball. Danielle was a 1993 NCAA Champion at University of California at Long Beach, and a five-time USA Olympian.
In these videos, you will see a volleyball and volleyball net used as equipment. If you do not have a volleyball at home, you can do many of these drills with any type of ball. In addition, many of the drills can be done by practicing the fundamentals without a volleyball net.
