How To Participate

Step 1: Sign up and complete our registration process. If you’re new, click HERE to get started. If you’ve already registered, skip ahead to step 2!

Step 2: Print your workout trackers for each sport. This step is optional. You can use these trackers as a tool to keep track of your progress while you’re away from your computer/tablet.

Step 3: Pick a sports unit and get started! Each unit will consist of: an introduction video, a warm-up video, a series of sport specific skills videos, and a cool-down video. On each page, you can toggle through the menu on the left to choose different videos/sports. 

Step 4: Record your activity! After you’ve completed the video and skill on each video, click the orange ‘Log Your Activity’ button to record your activity OR choose the ‘Results’ tab on the left menu.

  1. Search for your registration by entering your first name, last name and date of birth.
  2. Select "Lookup Registration".
  3. Click "Submit Virtual Results".
  4. Toggle through the different sport options (next to your name) to select the unit you are working on.
  5. Choose the workout you have completed.
  6. Submit your activity!
