Coach Victoria Hammersmith is taking on the role as our High School and Elite coach for GIRLS ONLY. As a coach for a current high school team and as a semi professional athlete she has several insights on the dynamics of runners and the needs that each athlete will have over competitive season.

Strength and agility training is essential supplement to a runner's roadwork because it strengthens muscles and joints, which can improve race times and decrease injury risk. If you want to perform at your full potential, you need to take a comprehensive approach to running.
Start day August 14th - November 13th. Open to 7th grade and up. We will be meeting every Sunday at 9am for 12 group sessions. Practice will take anywhere from 75 to 90 min at Sunset Park. Strength and agility training will include:
Running gets kids outdoors, helping them to build strong bodies and increasing their overall energy. At Without Limits, we embrace this energy, by sharing our love of running with young athletes. Our fun, yet challenging environment promotes hard work and instills the notion that there’s, “no limit” to the things you can do.
The Upstate Running Club has filed its articles of organization with the state of South Carolina and the federal government to obtain its 501(c)(3) status as a non profit. Our goal is to bring our passion of running to the youth of the Upstate by providing FREE organized runs, training sessions, and racing opportunities throughout the year.
This year we are bringing youth training sessions to Christ Church Episcopal School starting on June 5th. The program will offer a 60 minute session lead by our sponsored coaches at Without Limits along with volunteer parent coaches. The program will be held every Sunday starting on June 5th at 6pm through Thanksgiving weekend. We will offer our youth runners a racing singlet, discounts at our local running store Run Inn, and discounted race entries to several events throughout the upstate. We as a team will also organize track and cross country races that are open to the public. We will be training for the Footlocker Championships held in Charlotte each year at McAlpine Park.
