Without Limits™ is a tried and tested coaching program designed to meet you wherever you are in your training journey. We believe anyone can become an athlete, but no single plan works for every person. Our coaching style is backed by science and shaped to fit your specific athletic goals no matter how big or small. From endurance coaching to nutrition guidance to athletic events, we offer robust packages that are truly without limits.

ADULT

Our coaching service offers a unique training opportunity that includes coaching and training in both a team-centered and private atmosphere. Our programs are designed for you, and our goal is to guide you to your potential. Beyond accountability and motivation, our group programs are open, positive and supportive.

HIGH SCHOOL & ELITE TRAINING

Coach Victoria Hammersmith is taking on the role as our High School and Elite coach. As a coach for a current high school team and as a semi professional athlete she has several insights on the dynamics of runners and the needs that each athlete will have over the summer and into the competitive season. 

  • June 1st - August 7th
  • Meeting 1 per week at 9:30 am for team workout:June 1st, 8th, 15th, 29th. July 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th. August 3rd 
  • Location Sunset Park , Southside Park, or Fishers middle school track
  • Personal training plan adjusted to your level 
  • Unlimited text messages to coach
  • 1 phone call per week to discuss weekly training
  • Nutritional advice , race strategy
  • Team long run opportunities
  • Minimum Athlete Requirement
    • For rising 8th graders and up
    • 21:30 5k
    • 6:30 Mile

 

YOUTH

Without Limits youth running programs and running camps focus on increasing endurance, speed, and agility to help young athletes maximize their full potential. Our fun, yet challenging training environment promotes hard work and instills the notion that there’s no limit to the things you can do.

 

RUNNING

Whether you are interested in getting healthy, running your first race, improving the run on your tri, or qualifying for the Boston Marathon—our running coaches are 100% invested in you and your goals. There are few things better than lacing up your running shoes and tackling a new goal head-on. And there are certainly fewer things better than the adrenaline rush after pushing through your toughest mile or blowing your personal record out of the park.

 

BIKING

Without Limits™ offers cycle coaching and fitness programs for triathletes and cyclists available on-site at select locations and via virtual coaching. Established in 2006, our cycling programs have been developed, tested, and proven over fourteen years to provide athletes with the guidance and confidence they need to achieve their fitness goals.

 

NUTRITION

Without Limits™ offers nutrition programs for athletes and non-athletes to help individuals reach their weight and health goals Diana Davis has been a registered dietitian nutritionist since 1983 and has been a Without Limits athlete since 2010. She started running to keep up with her husband, Phillip and their two children, Kelsey and Phillip Jr. who were runners at Topsail High School at that time. Diana progressed from walk to run, to do the occasional 5 K, then a few 10 K races, and ran her first Half Marathon in Wilmington in 2012. She watched as her husband and his training buddies took on the marathon distance and said to herself (and others) she would never run a marathon!

YOUTH TRAINING PROGRAMS

Appropriate for ages 6 - 12. 

We have 3 levels to accommodate ages and ability. Running gets kids outdoors, helping them to build strong bodies and increasing their overall energy. At Without Limits, we embrace this energy, by sharing our love of running with young athletes.

Recognized by the USA Track and Field Association, Without Limits youth program and running camps focus on increasing running endurance, speed, and agility to help athletes maximize their full potential. Our fun, yet challenging environment promotes hard work and instills the notion that there’s, “no limit” to the things you can do. We always invite you out to a FREE training session to see if our program fits!

Appropriate for ages 6 - 12. We have 3 levels to accommodate ages and ability and we will have multiple coaches that will be working with the various groups. 
Practices throughout the year varies

 

The Upstate Running Club has filed its articles of organization with the state of South Carolina and the federal government to obtain its 501(c)(3) status as a non profit. Our goal is to bring our passion of running to the youth of the Upstate by providing FREE organized runs, training sessions, and racing opportunities throughout the year.
 
This year we are bringing youth training sessions to Christ Church Episcopal School starting on June 5th. The program will offer a 60 minute session lead by our sponsored coaches at Without Limits along with volunteer parent coaches. The program will be held every Sunday starting on June 5th at 6pm through Thanksgiving weekend. We will offer our youth runners a racing singlet, discounts at our local running store Run Inn, and discounted race entries to several events throughout the upstate. We as a team will also organize track and cross country races that are open to the public. We will be training for the Footlocker Championships held in Charlotte each year at McAlpine Park.
