Our coaching service offers a unique training opportunity that includes coaching and training in both a team-centered and private atmosphere. Our programs are designed for you, and our goal is to guide you to your potential. Beyond accountability and motivation, our group programs are open, positive and supportive.
Coach Victoria Hammersmith is taking on the role as our High School and Elite coach. As a coach for a current high school team and as a semi professional athlete she has several insights on the dynamics of runners and the needs that each athlete will have over the summer and into the competitive season.
Without Limits youth running programs and running camps focus on increasing endurance, speed, and agility to help young athletes maximize their full potential. Our fun, yet challenging training environment promotes hard work and instills the notion that there’s no limit to the things you can do.
Whether you are interested in getting healthy, running your first race, improving the run on your tri, or qualifying for the Boston Marathon—our running coaches are 100% invested in you and your goals. There are few things better than lacing up your running shoes and tackling a new goal head-on. And there are certainly fewer things better than the adrenaline rush after pushing through your toughest mile or blowing your personal record out of the park.
Without Limits™ offers cycle coaching and fitness programs for triathletes and cyclists available on-site at select locations and via virtual coaching. Established in 2006, our cycling programs have been developed, tested, and proven over fourteen years to provide athletes with the guidance and confidence they need to achieve their fitness goals.
Without Limits™ offers nutrition programs for athletes and non-athletes to help individuals reach their weight and health goals Diana Davis has been a registered dietitian nutritionist since 1983 and has been a Without Limits athlete since 2010. She started running to keep up with her husband, Phillip and their two children, Kelsey and Phillip Jr. who were runners at Topsail High School at that time. Diana progressed from walk to run, to do the occasional 5 K, then a few 10 K races, and ran her first Half Marathon in Wilmington in 2012. She watched as her husband and his training buddies took on the marathon distance and said to herself (and others) she would never run a marathon!
We have 3 levels to accommodate ages and ability. Running gets kids outdoors, helping them to build strong bodies and increasing their overall energy. At Without Limits, we embrace this energy, by sharing our love of running with young athletes.
