Refund Policy
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds as expenses are incurred throughout the year leading up to the big day. But we can offer a few options:
* Downgrade your distance with no additional charges
* Upgrade to a longer distance. You will need to pay the difference in pricing.
* Transfer your registration to another person. Same or lower distance for free. They may upgrade the distance by paying the difference in pricing.
* Deferral with proof of injury (Doctor's Note)
* Pick up your SWAG and consider your fees a donation to the cause
All requests MUST be made by 9/15.
