Meet Pacer Peter Qumsiyeh (1:50 Half Marathon)
“Peter loves to run and strives to achieve astonishing goals, but more importantly, he loves to help others achieve their goals. Pacing is the perfect way to do so. Since 2015, Peter has completed over 120 half marathons and over 30 full marathons, most of them as a pacer. Peter always comes in within one minute ahead of goal, never behind, with even splits and lots of encouraging stories along the way. Peter was recently featured in a runner’s article and described as “best pacer I’ve ever had and I would not have PR’d without him”. Peter’s half marathon PR is 1:32:13, full marathon PR is 3:17:03 and 50K PR is 4:18:08. Peter typically paces 1:40-2:00 halves and 3:30 to 3:55 fulls. Peter can’t wait to pace you to a 1:49:xx finish at the Back Your Badge Half Marathon!”

Meet Pacer Jen Haney Conover (2:00 Half Marathon)
I am archivist by day and love going to live music. I’ve even gotten my five year old in on the fun. I have a twin sister, and a brother less than a year younger than us, making us Irish Triplets. I love Halloween and Christmas, and will always dress up for a good theme. I started pacing friends about 7 years ago after needing a break from trying to PR under 1:45. I’ve ran over 40 half's and 2 full's. I love cheering on and motivating others to give it their all. Can’t wait to see you get under 2 hours with me.

Meet Pacer Lisa Brink (2:10 Half Marathon)
I’ve been running for 30 years and absolutely love the half marathon distance. I’ve done almost 30 half marathons. I’m also a group fitness instructor, a triathlete, a mom of two, and a social services worker for a local non-profit. For fun I love to travel, climb mountains, find adventures, try new restaurants, and spend time with friends and family. I enjoy helping others achieve their goals and can’t wait to be a part of your race experience in September. I’ll be there to support you, motivate you, and hopefully make it fun from start to finish. Believe in yourself and you got this!

Meet Pacer Sandi Guglielmi (2:20 Half Marathon)
My name is Sandi Guglielmi and I've been running for 10 years. I have completed countless 5K and 10K races, 132 half marathons, 1 full marathon, 1 50 mile ultra-marathon and just finished a road Ragnar. I've paced countless races because I truly enjoy helping people achieve their goals by reaching their goal finish line.

Meet Pacer Donna Adams (2:40 Half Marathon)
I'm Donna Adams. I started running in 2013 as part of my fitness journey and ran 2 5ks that year. I ran my first half marathon (the Indy Mini) in May 2014 and my first full marathon (the Monumental) in November 2014. Through 2023, I have completed 43 half marathons and 7 full marathons, most recently completing the 2023 NYC Marathon. I am a member of Connection Pointe Christian Church in Brownsburg and help as a "motivator" in their Mini Marathon and 5k training programs. I have paced several local half marathons and love helping runners achieve their goals, whether this is their first race or their 100th. In my spare time, I love to travel and spend time with my husband, daughter and 2 grandsons. My favorite running mantra is "never say never." You can achieve anything you put your mind to. I look forward to meeting you on the Back Your Badge Half Marathon route.
