How do I get my race materials?
Participants that registered before September 2, had their race shirt and bib mailed to them on the week of September 12.
 
For those who registered after September 2, there will be two opportunities to pick up your packets in person.

We highly recommend picking up your packet at Omega to avoid long lines on race day! 

 

MedCenter for Women (Race Day Pickup)

  • Sunday, Nov. 6 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

 

Because our race is a fundraiser, the entry fee is non-refundable. However, we will make sure you get the materials that come with your generous donation. If the pickup and race dates do not work for you, we will arrange a post-event packet mailing for any bibs and shirts that remain unclaimed.
 
What race materials are part of my registration?
As part of registering for the Women's Only, our participants get some fun race materials. These will include but are not limited to the following:


Runner/Walker
- Commemorative shirt
- Bib

Survivor Runner Walker
- Special Survivor version of our Runner/Walker Shirt
- Bib
- Commemorative lapel pin (you will pick this up at the race in our Survivor tent)

Girls Mini-Run
- Child's size version of our runner/walker shirt
- Fun kid-sized medal (you will receive this after the Girls Run)

Pink Ribbon Partners
- Commemorative shirt
 

 

Will you bundle team materials for pick up this year?
Because we are mailing packets and can only fit 1 T-shirt in each envelope (with other materials), we will not bundle team race materials for captain pick up this year. If you have a group and you want all of their packets mailed to the same place (like an office), please be sure to tell team members what correct address to use on their registration and be sure that they register before September 2. For those registering after September 3, we will require members to pick up packets in person. 
 
 
Why do I need a bib?
Bibs are given to 5K racers in order to time their run and to track their start and finish time. We ask that all racers wear their bib while on the course. This not only assists with tracking our race winners but will let us know who is on the course at any given time as a safety precaution.
 
There will be a $10 fee to replace bibs that are lost.
