Preliminary results will be hidden on our results page until October 4 to eliminate the risk for false reporting. Final results and a list of winners will be available on our results page and our homepage by 10 a.m. on Monday, October 5.
Competing for Prizes
Because our race is virtual and there is not a timer present to track your chip, those wishing to compete for timed finisher prizes MUST follow the suggested route and time themselves using RaceJoy. This will ensure that the inclines and terrain are the same for each runner competing and will keep the competition fair.
If you don't want to compete for prizes, but do want to let us know you've finished...you can do that too! And it doesn't matter what route you choose or what app you pick. We're proud of everyone who completes the race, no matter what!
We are currently working with our sponsors and partners to provide prizes for our top finishers. These will be mailed to winners after the race. Please note thatour prize structure has changed for 2020.
Prizes will be provided ONLY to winners of the Runner/Walker and Survivor events who submit results through RaceJoy.
Prizes will be awarded in the following categories:
Overall - 1st-3rd places
Masters (for women 40 and older) - 1st-3rd places
Survivor - 1st Place
Raffle prizes for racers who submit completion of the race (number of prizes TBD)
