We have been so fortunate this year to receive a record number of sponsorships for the race. With that and our current exhibitor interest list, all exhibitor spaces have been filled at this time.

Exhibitors Receive

One 8' Table, 2 Chairs, and 1 volunteer shirt

Tenting is provided by Cone Health. You may not bring your tents.

Exhibitors are under one large tent. Please plan to hang banners from your table or bring pull-up banners.
Arrival & Departure

Your exhibit team should arrive between 10:30 a.m. and noon to unload and then plan to move all cars to the parking area across the street at Guilford Neurologic (912 Third St., Greensboro, NC 27405).

No setup times will be available on Saturday, Nov. 5. Exhibitor access is only available on race day.

All cars must be out of the exhibit area by Noon when the exhibitor area will close to traffic. At this time you will move across the street to Guilford Neurologic (912 Third St., Greensboro, NC 27405).

There is limited space on site for cars. We ask that only 1 vehicle delivering event supplies be brought into the exhibitor area for load-in. Your staff can arrive separately but will need to park across the street at Guilford Neurologic and walk over to help with setup.

When you arrive on site, staffers will be at the first table in the exhibitor area to check you in.

You must remain with your booth until all racers have returned and the roads around the race site have reopened.

You will not be able to bring cars back onto the site until the awards ceremony is over at approximately 4:30 p.m.

When you leave we ask that you "leave no footprint", removing all supplies and all trash/debris from your tent area so the lot will be back in working order for Monday's patients.
What to Expect/Do:

Cone Health will provide your table(s), chairs, and a plastic tablecloth (you can also bring your cloth if you wish). Please do not bring your tent.

This year's setup is different in that all vendors are under one large tent. Any banners will need to be hung on the front of your table or be a pull-up banner or easel sign. You must bring all supplies to hang/display your banner.

When you leave please take your banner with you. Cone Health is not responsible for promotional items left behind.

The race site is very crowded. Please be sure that any free-standing items (easels or pull-up banners) are not placed in walking areas.

Past races have included well over 2,000 runners and their families who will visit your booth. Please be prepared with enough supplies.

The sale or promotion of supplements of any kind is not allowed.

Electricity is not available in the exhibitor areas.
